Terms & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Wild Whizz. By booking a tour, safari, or related service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive a 50% advance payment of the total package cost.
   
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the commencement of your trip (on or before your arrival date).
   
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as communicated by Wild Whizz.
   
• Failure to pay the balance amount before the trip may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance.
   

• 20-30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of advance (after deducting transaction/processing charges).
   
• 10–15 days before arrival: 50% of advance refunded.
   
• Less than 10 days before arrival: Advance payment is non-refundable.
   
• No-shows or early departures: No refund will be applicable.
   
• In case Wild Whizz cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons (natural calamities, park closures, government regulations, etc.), guests will receive either a full refund or a credit note for a future tour.
   
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
   

• Requests for modifications (dates, itinerary, or guest details) must be made in writing and will be subject to availability and applicable charges.
   
• Wild Whizz reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues without prior notice.
   

• Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID and permits where required.
   
• Guests are responsible for following park rules, safety instructions, and local regulations during safaris and tours.
   
• Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or equipment by the guest may be chargeable.
   
• Wild Whizz shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays, or interruptions due to natural or external factors beyond our control.
   

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to natural conditions.
   
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for the absence of specific wildlife sightings.
   

• Guests must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the trip.
   
• Participation in safaris, treks, or activities is at the guest’s own risk. Wild Whizz will not be liable for injury, illness, or accidents arising during the trip.
   
• Guests are advised to carry necessary medications and travel insurance.
   

Wild Whizz shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, delay, or change in itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or weather conditions.

• Wild Whizz acts as a facilitator between guests and service providers (lodges, transporters, forest authorities, etc.). We are not liable for lapses in services provided by third parties.
   
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the specific booking.
   

All content on the Wild Whizz website (photos, videos, text, logo, and branding) is owned by Wild Whizz or used with permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.

By confirming a booking with Wild Whizz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
